Privacy Policy of Boomer Classic
This document describes how the website handles the personal data of the users who visit it, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

Purposes, Data Collected and Retention Periods
Personal data is collected for the following purposes:
Users fill in the contact form to send requests to the site owner.
- Data collected: name, email address and message text. Providing this data is necessary in order to reply; without it the request cannot be sent.
- Legal basis: replying to the request sent by the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Retention: data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and in any case for a maximum of 12 months.
Aggregated analysis of site traffic using Google Analytics 4.
- Data collected: cookie identifiers and site usage data (pages visited, duration, device and browser type, approximate origin).
- Legal basis: consent given through the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time. Without consent Google Analytics does not set cookies (Google Consent Mode); the Google script is nevertheless loaded by the page.
- Provider: Google Ireland Ltd. Data may be transferred to the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Retention: 14 months; _ga cookies last 2 years at most. Details in the Cookie Policy.
For the operation and security of the site, the hosting provider automatically records technical connection data.
- Data collected: IP address, date and time of the request, requested page, browser and operating system. The country of origin may be inferred from the IP address; it is used only to offer the English version of the home page to visitors from abroad.
- Legal basis: the controller’s legitimate interest in the security and proper functioning of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: for the period set by the hosting provider, generally a limited one.
Recipients of the Data
The data is processed by the controller and may be accessed by the site’s hosting provider and by Google (analytics), acting as processors or independent controllers for their respective functions. Data is not sold or passed on to third parties for marketing purposes.
Your Rights and Right to Lodge a Complaint
Users may exercise at any time the rights provided by the GDPR (Arts. 15-22), including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and withdrawal of consent, by writing to: info@boomerclassic.eu.
